Pengaruh Implementasi Program Makan Bergizi Gratis Berbasis Pangan Lokal Terhadap Dukungan Bisnis Pangan

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) yang memanfaatkan pangan lokal tidak hanya diarahkan pada upaya peningkatan status gizi masyarakat, tetapi juga menjadi bagian dari kebijakan pemerintah dalam mendukung pengembangan dan penguatan sektor agribisnis di daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh implementasi program MBG terhadap dukungan keberlanjutan agribisnis pangan lokal. Aspek implementasi yang dianalisis meliputi keragaman menu, kebersihan dan keamanan pangan, ketepatan distribusi, pemanfaatan pangan lokal, serta manfaat program. Sementara itu, keberlanjutan agribisnis diukur melalui keterlibatan pemasok lokal, penguatan ekonomi masyarakat, mutu pangan, dan prioritas penggunaan produk lokal. Penelitian dilakukan pada 50 ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui sebagai penerima manfaat di Kecamatan Lalabata, Sulawesi Selatan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert lima tingkat, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan agribisnis pangan lokal. Pangan lokal dan ketepatan distribusi menjadi dimensi yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap implementasi program.
