Kajian Rantai Pasok Bunga Krisan Potong di Kelompok Tani Tunas Baru Nagari Aia Batumbuak, Kecamatan Gunung Talang, Kabupaten Solok

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan struktur dan ativitas aliran rantai pasok bunga krisan potong di Kelompok Tani Tunas Baru Nagari Aia Batumbuak, Kecamatan Gunung Talang, Kabupaten Solok (2) menganalisis efiseinsi saluran pemasaran pada Kelompok Tani Tunas Baru Nagari Aia Batumbuak, Kecamatan Gunung Talang, Kabupaten Solok yang akan dilihat berdasarkan alur produk dari produsen ke konsumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua, sekretaris dan bendahara Kelompok Tani Tunas Baru, sedangkan untuk menentukan sampel florist, pendekor dan konsumen, peneliti menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktus rantai pasok bunga krisan potong terdiri antara petani di Kelompok Tani Tunas Baru, pendekor, florist, dan konsumen. Kondisi rantai pasok bunga krisan potong berdasarkan aliran aktivitas rantai pasok berjalan dengan lancar, tetapi masih memiliki sedikit kendala yaitu pemenuhan dari permintaan bunga krisan potong. Berdasarkan dari rantai pasok bunga krisan potong terdapat 2 saluran pemasaran yaitu Petani – Pendekor dan Petani – Florist – Konsemen. Berdasarkan analisis marjin dan farmer’s share didapatkan bahwa saluran pemasaran 1 tidak memiliki marjin dengan nilai farmer’s share sebesar 100 %. Sedangkan pada saluran pemasaran 2 marjin pemasaran yang dimiliki adalah Rp 30.000/ikat dengan farmer’s share sebesar 40 %. Dari efisiensi biaya saluran pemasaran 1 lebih efisein dibandingkan dengan saluran pemasaran 2. Hal ini dikarenakan saluran pemasaran 1 memiliki nilai efisiensi sebesar 35 % dan pada saluran pemasaran 2 memiliki efisiensi sebesar 44,28 %.

This study aims to (1) the structure and activity of the supply chain of chrysanthemum cut flowers at Tunas Baru Farmer Group in Aia Batumbuak Village, Gunung Talang Sub-District, Solok Regency (2) analyze the efficiency of the marketing channel at Tunas Baru Farmer Group in Aia Batumbuak Village, Gunung Talang SubDistrict, Solok Regency which will be seen based on the product flow from producers to consumers. This research method used is a qualitative method. The key infotmant in this research is the chairman, secretary and treasurer of the Tunas Baru Farmers Group, while to determine the florist samples, decorators and consumers, researchers used snowball sampling techniques. The results of the study show that the supply chain structure of chrysanthemum cut flowers consisted of farmers in the Tunas Baru Farmers Group, decorators, florists, and consumers. The condition of the supply chain of chrysanthemums cut flowers based on the flow of supply chain activity runs smoothly, but still has a few obstacles, namely the fulfillment of demand for chrysanthemum cut flowers. Based on the supply chain of cut chrysanthemum there are 2 marketing channels, namely Farmer - Decorators and Farmer - Florist - Consumers. Based on the analysis of margin and farmer's share, it is found that marketing channel 1 does not have a margin with a farmer's share value of 100%. Whereas in the marketing channel 2, marketing margins are Rp 30,000 / bunch with a farmer's share value of 40% . From the cost efficiency of marketing channel 1 it is more efficient compared to marketing channel 2. This is because marketing channel 1 has an efficiency value of 35% and in marketing channel 2 it has an efficiency of 44,28%.
