Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengukur motivasi kerja pengurus pada lembaga keuangan mikro agribisnis di kota Payakumbuh (2) Mengukur kinerja pengurus pada lembaga keuangan mikro agribisnis di kota Payakumbuh. (3) Mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pengurus pada lembaga keuangan mikro agribisnis di kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan Juli – Agustus 2019. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan responden pengurus lembaga keuangan mikro agribisnis berjumlah 12 orang. Data dianalisis untuk tujuan pertama kedua ketiga dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan pertama untuk mendeskripsikan seberapa besar motivasi kerja pengurus lembaga keuangan mikro agribisnis. Tujuan kedua untuk mendeskripsikan seberapa baik kinerja pengurus di lembaga keuangan mikro agribisnis. Dan tujuan tiga mendeskripsikan hubungan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pengurus di lembaga keuangan mikro agribisnis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat motivasi kerja baik motivasi internal maupun motivasi eksternal yang baik pada pengurus lembaga keuangan mikro agribisnis di kota Payakumbuh. (2) Terdapat kinerja yang baik yang ditunjukan dalam hasil penelitian. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pengurus pada lembaga keuangan mikro agribisnis di kota Payakumbuh.

This study aims to (1) Measure the work motivation of management at agribusiness microfinance institutions in Payakumbuh city (2) Measure management performance at agribusiness microfinance institutions in Payakumbuh city. (3) Determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of management in agribusiness microfinance institutions in Payakumbuh city. This research was conducted during July - August 2019. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The method used is a survey method with 12 agribusiness microfinance institution management respondents. Data analyzed for the first second and third purposes were carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner. The first objective is to describe how much the work motivation of the agribusiness microfinance institution management. The second objective is to describe how well the performance of the management in agribusiness microfinance institutions. And objective three describes the relationship of work motivation to the performance of management in agribusiness microfinance institutions. The results of the analysis show that (1) There is a good internal work motivation and external motivation on the management of agribusiness microfinance institutions in the city of Payakumbuh.. (2) There is a good performance shown in the results of the study. (3) There is a significant relationship between work motivation on the performance of management in agribusiness microfinance institutions in the city of Payakumbuh.
