Abstract

Pembangunan pertanian secara berkelanjutan tidak dapat dilaksanakan hanya oleh petani sendiri.Setiap upaya pembangunan dan pengembangan pertanian memerlukan rencana sebagai acuan pelaksanaan pembangunan.Pelaksanaan program pengembangan kawasan sentra kelapa di Sumatera Barat dengan pendekatan wilayah pedesaan berbasis agribisnis melalui Program Nagari Model Kelapa.Nagari Koto Baru Kecamatan Padang Sago Kabupaten Padang Pariaman adalah salah satu nagari yang termasuk dalam program pembangunan “Nagari Model Kelapaâ€.tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses penyusunan perencanaan Program Nagari Model Kelapa dan implementasi teknologi inovatif pada Nagari Model Kelapa di Nagari Koto Baru. Penyusunan perencanaan Program Nagari Model Kelapa (NMKe) telah dilakukan dan disusun dalam bentuk buku “Rancang Bangun Pembangunan Nagari Model Kelapa†pada tahun 2015 meliputi 3 kegiatan. Berdasarkan Rancang Bangun Nagari Model Kelapa Kenagarian Koto Baru Kecamatan Padang Sago Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, terdapat 4 kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan mulai pada tahun 2016-2018.

Sustainable agricultural development cannot be carried out only by the farmers themselves. Every agricultural development and development effort requires a plan as a reference for the implementation of development. The implementation of the coconut center area development program in West Sumatra with an agribusiness-based rural area approach through the Nagari Model Coconut Program. Nagari Koto Baru District Padang Sago Padang Pariaman Regency is one of the nagari included in the "Nagari Model Coconut" development program. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of planning the Nagari Model Coconut Program and the implementation of innovative technology in the Nagari Model Coconut in Nagari Koto Baru. The planning of the Nagari Model Coconut Program (NMKe) has been carried out and compiled in the form of a book "Design and Development of the Nagari Model Coconut Development" in 2015 covering 3 activities. Based on the Nagari Design Model of Koto Baru Kenagarian Coconut Model, Padang Sago Subdistrict, Padang Pariaman District, there are 4 activities that have been carried out starting in 2016-2018.
