Abstract

LKM-A merupakan sebuah lembaga yang menyediakan jasa pembiayaan bagi pelaku usaha mikro agribisnis dipedesaan untuk meningkatkan usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan dan perkembangan dana PUAP serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembalian dana PUAP pada LKM-A Lumbung Tani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisa data kuantitatif. Model logit digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembalian pinjaman tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengelolaan dana PUAP pada LKM-A Lumbung Tani belum semuanya dilaksanakan sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis PUAP yang telah ditetapkan. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap pengembalian pinjaman adalah jenis kelamin,usia, pendapatan usaha, pengalaman usaha dan alokasi penggunaan pinjaman oleh nasabah.

LKM-A is an institution that provides financial services for agribusiness micro-scale enterprises in rural areas established to enable farmers to more easily access and obtain financial services in order to improve their business. In any channeling of funds performed by financial institutions, both formal and informal, the possibility of non-performing loans or loss is always there. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the return of funds to the MFI-A so that funding assistance can be rolled and felt by all members of Gapoktan to improve their business. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitative and quantitative by using logit method. The results of the analysis show that the management and development of funds in LKM-A Lumbung Tani has not run optimally in accordance with the established technical guidelines. while the factors affecting the refund are gender, age, business income, business experience, and allocation of loan usage by respondent.
