Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Usahatani Buah Naga (Hylocereus SP) di Nagari Aripan, Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak, Kabupaten Solok

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan profil usahatani buah naga (2) menganalisis kelayakan finansial usahatani buah naga di Nagari Aripan, Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang mewakili setiap umur tanaman dari umur 1 sampai 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Analisis kelayakan finansial usahatani buah naga di Nagari Aripan layak untuk dilaksanakan pada tingkat suku bunga 12%, berdasarkan analisa kriteria investasi diperoleh nilai B/C ratio 1,93 (B/C>1, berarti layak), nilai NPV Rp 246.292.482,091 (NPV>0, berarti layak) dan nilai IRR 31,4% (IRR>OCC, berarti layak). Pada analisa payback periode diperoleh 5 tahun 4 bulan untuk mengembalikan investasi yang ditanamkan. Analisis sensitivitas penurunan benefit 11% diperoleh hasil IRR 26,85% (IRR>OCC) artinya usaha masih layak untuk dilaksanakan. Analisis sensitivitas kenaikan biaya 1,4% diperoleh hasil IRR 31,2% (IRR>OCC) artinya usaha masih layak untuk dilaksanakan. Analisis sensitivitas penurunan benefit 11% dan kenaikan biaya 1,4% diperoleh hasil IRR 26,7% (IRR>OCC) artinya usaha masih layak untuk dilaksanakan. Adapun saran yang diberikan adalah sebaiknya petani lebih memperhatikan petunjuk teknis budidaya yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pertanian untuk memaksimalkan hasil yang diperole dan disarankan kepada petani untuk tetap mengembangkan usahatani buah naga di Nagari Aripan, Kecamatan X Koto Singakarak.
