Analisis Finansial Pengolahan Serai Wangi (Cymbopogon NArdus L) Menjadi Minyak Atsiri di Padang Magek Kecamatan Rambatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar (Studi Kasus: Usaha Penyulingan Minyak Atsiri Mukhaiyar)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha penyulingan minyak serai wangi Mukhaiyar di Nagari Padang Magek Kecamatan Rambatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Dalam study kasus ini, kami menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gambaran umum usaha penyulingan minyak serai wangi Mukhaiyar (2) Pada aspek finansial usaha penyulingan minyak serai wangi Mukhaiyar layak untuk dilaksanakan, dengan ratio B/C yaitu 1,09, NPV sebesar Rp 11.847.216,09, dan IRR sebesar 53%. Analisis sensitivitas berdasarkan peningkatan 2,67% biaya produksi diperoleh nilai IRR sebesar 43% yang berarti usaha penyulingan minyak serai wangi Mukhaiyar masih layak untuk dilaksanakan dalam keadaan ini. Analisis sensitivitas dengan penurunan benefit 7% diperoleh IRR sebesar 25% yang berarti usaha penyulingan minyak serai wangi Mukhaiyar tidak layak dilaksanakan dalam keadaan ini. Usaha penyulingan minyak serai wangi Mukhaiyar mengalami titik kritis pada peningkatan harga produksi sebesar 9% dan penurunan benefit sebesar 8,4%. Payback period usaha ini selama 4 tahun 6 bulan 5 hari.
