Analisis Tataniaga Bawang Putih (Allium sativum L.) di Kecamatan Salayo Tanang Bukik Silih Kecamatan Lembang Jaya Kabupaten Solok

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan saluran tataniaga, fungsi-fungsi tataniaga bawang putih (2) menganalisis margin tataniaga, bagian yang diterima masing-masing lembaga, dan efisiensi tataniaga bawang putih di Nagari Salayo Tanang Bukik Sileh Kecamatan Lembang Jaya Kabupaten Solok. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara sengaja (purposive), dimana sampel terdiri atas petani, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang antar daerah, dan pedagang pengecer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua kelompok saluran tataniaga, kelompok 1; saluran I: petani - pedagang pengumpul (gudang pembibitan) - konsumen bibit, kelompok 2 ; saluran II : petani - pedagang pengumpul - pedagang antar daerah - pedagang pengecer - konsumen akhir, saluran III : petani - pedagang antar daerah - pedagang pengecer - konsumen akhir, saluran IV : petani - pedagang pengecer -
konsumen akhir. Fungsi tataniaga yang dilakukan oleh petani dan lembaga tataniaga bawang putih yaitu fungsi pertukaran, fungsi fisik, dan fungsi fasilitas. Margin tataniaga pada saluran tataniaga kelompok 1 (saluran I) sebesar Rp 49.000,00. Pada saluran tataniaga kelompok 2, saluran IV yang memiliki margin tataniaga paling kecil. Berdasarkan analisis farmer’s share, bagian yang diterima petani pada pola saluran tataniaga kelompok 1 (saluran I) adalah 18,33%. Pada saluran tataniaga kelompok 2, yang lebih menguntungkan bagi petani bawang putih adalah saluran IV. Berdasarkan
efisiensi tataniaga, saluran tataniaga kelompok I (saluran I) memiliki persentase EP sebesar 9,38 %. Saluran tataniaga kelompok II, saluran II merupakan saluran yang paling efisien.
