Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Usahatani Jahe Gajah di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota

Jahe gajah merupakan tanaman biofarmaka kelompok rimpang yang mempunyai manfaat sebagai bahan minuman, obat-obatan tradisional dan bumbu masak serta memiliki nilai ekspor yang baik dengan tujuan beberapa negara. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani jahe gajah dan untuk menganalisis pendapatan yang diterima petani jahe gajah di Kecamatan Payakumbuh. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Maret-Juli 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan regresi linier berganda aplikasi SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel produksi dan harga berpengaruh positif dan nyata, sedangkan variabel tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif dan nyata, namun variabel pendidikan berpengaruh negative dan tidak nyata berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usaha tani jahe di Kecamatan Payakumbuh. Bagi pemerintah agar bisa membantu untuk menstabilkan harga jahe gajah.
