Strategi Pemasaran Vanili Beans Pada Usaha Jerigud Farm Di Nagari Kamang, Kabupaten Agam

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran vanili beans di usaha Jerigud Farm. Analisis yang digunakan adalaha analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada analisis SWOT adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Memperluas pasar produk dengan branding yang kuat menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak pengguna vanili melalui pemanfaatan media sosial dan jasa pengiriman yang tersedia, (2) Mempekerjakan tenaga ahli khusus mengelola bagian pemasaran, (3) Melakukan kerjasama terkait standar kualitas perdagangan internasional, (4) Membangun kerjasama dengan instansi pemerintah untuk mendapatkan dukungan berbagai aspek, (5) Meningkatkan promosi vanili beans Jerigud Farm sebagai wisata edukasi sekaliguspelatihan untuk masyarakat yang tertarik dan ingin mempelajari vanili, (6) Menciptakan segmentasi baru dengan memasarkan produk pada swalayan dan toko-toko sekitar. Hasil analisis QSPM diperoleh nilai STAS 6,598 artinya strategi priotas pada memperluas pasar produk dengan menjalin Kerjasama dengan pihak-pihak pengguna vanili dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan jasa pengiriman yang tersedia.
