Interaksi Sosial Pada Kelompok Tani Pemuda Setia dalam Usaha Pupuk Organik di Nagari Simalanggang Kecamatan Payakumbuh Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan interaksi sosial yang terbentuk di dalam dan di luar Kelompok Tani Pemuda Setia dalam pengembangan usaha pupuk organik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam dengan 18 anggota kelompok dan berbagai stakeholder terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi sosial asosiatif di dalam kelompok berada pada kategori tinggi (skor 72,8), dengan bentuk kerjasama dan akomodasi yang kuat. Sebaliknya, interaksi disosiatif (persaingan, pertentangan, konflik) tergolong rendah (skor 18,9). Interaksi dengan stakeholder eksternal (penyuluh, pemasok, pemasaran) didominasi oleh bentuk asosiatif seperti kerjasama, musyawarah, dan toleransi. Sehingga interaksi sosial yang baik dengan seluruh pihak berperan penting dalam keberlanjutan usaha pupuk organik.
