Analisis Usaha dan Manajemen Produksi pada Usaha Tempe Amanah di Kota Padang

Abstract

Fluktuasi harga bahan baku kedelai menjadi permasalahan utama agroindustri tempe, termasuk Usaha Tempe Amanah di Kota Padang yang memiliki harga jual relatif rendah dan belum pernah dianalisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gambaran umum dan aspek manajemen usaha serta menganalisis keuntungan, margin kontribusi, titik impas, dan sensitivitas usaha terhadap perubahan harga kedelai. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Usaha Tempe Amanah merupakan industri rumah tangga berskala kecil yang beroperasi sejak tahun 2011 dengan 17 tenaga kerja, memproduksi lima varian tempe, dan memasarkan produk melalui sistem titip jual di pasar tradisional. Selama periode 1–30 September 2025, usaha memperoleh laba bersih Rp41.801.650 dengan tingkat keuntungan 15% dan telah melampaui titik impas sebesar Rp56.577.683. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan harga kedelai menurunkan tingkat keuntungan serta meningkatkan nilai titik impas usaha. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan usaha layak dijalankan, namun sensitif terhadap kenaikan harga bahan baku secara ekonomi berkelanjutan
